Modules are inserted between two parallel horizontal rails. There is no need for mid clamps. Just insert the module into the top of the rail, let it slide down and the job is done! The modules rest stress-free in the cross rail system and can expand when it is hot. Plus, any maintenance work required is quick and simple.

A further advantage of the cross rail system is that the loads are spread equally. This is particularly important in colder climate where snow can slide to the bottom of the array and accumulate on the lower edge.
