Quick Mount PV™ is simply a waterproof anchor for attaching solar panels to a roof. It is a quality foundation for any roof mounted system. The system enables the installer to quickly and simply retrofit a quality flashed roof penetration that is ready for the rack of your choice while NOT compromising the integrity of the roofing materials.

QMSC Unit Quick Mount Standard Composition Roof

It measures 12" x 12" square. Half of the mount is under the composition shingle, and half of it is exposed. This one is shown with a Unirac rail and L foot attached, but any rail system is compatable.

QMLC Unit Quick Mount Large Composition, or Wood Shake

On a shake roof the code calls for a maximum of 10" exposure on the shake with felt paper just above the exposure line. It is critical to use the larger 18" x 18" square unit so that it extends under the paper. This photo shows 5" exposed, 10" under the shake, and 3" under the felt paper.
