Polycrystalline Modules
ThinkSolar offers the SunTech polycrystalline module STP200-18/Ub-1 in three ranges. The SunTech STP 260-24/Vb, STP 270-24Vb and STP 280-24/Vb modules are available in Feb. 2009 with UL.
Monocrystalline Modules
ThinkSolar offers the SunTech monocrystalline module STP 170S-24/Ab-1 in four ranges.
Module Quality Features
- Suntech offers a 25 year limited warranty for products.
- Each module is visually, mechanically and electrically tested and recognizable by the original Suntech label and technical data.
- All modules are certified with IEC, TUV, CE and UL.
Technology
- Modules can be used for grid-connected and stand-alone PV systems.
- Monocrystalline modules contain large solar cells (125mm) that are extraordinarily powerful and offer an effective solution when space is at a minimum.
- Modules are certified to the stringnet safety and design requirements of UL1703 and IEC61215.
